Dishwasher Repair
Most folks don’t realize they can resolve some of the basic problems with their newer dishwasher.
- If it is acting strange or different than normal, unplug it, or shut off the breaker, for a few minutes and then restore power. It will reset the computer and may resolve the problem.
- If it is not draining properly, check to make sure the filter screen(s) are clean. Regularly remove them and clean them to remove debris, grease, and mineral deposits. Secondly, check to make sure your drain line which usually connects to the disposal or sink drain, is clear. You can disconnect the end connected to the sink drain and use a wet vacuum to suck out the line. This can clear minor clogs.
