1941 General Electric Refrigerator Save

We recently were able to save a 1941 GE refrigerator from untimely demise. Our customer’s refrigerator had been running but then stopped cooling. Upon further examination we found all the wiring was brittle, hard and cracked. We replaced all the main wiring to compressor, relay box, thermostat and power cord. We also cleaned the contacts on the relay box. After work was done, this 84 year old refrigerator came back to life. They sure don’t make ‘em like they used to!
